TM Streamyx
Using streamyx in ubuntu is very easy. Based on my experience, the TM technician came to install streamyx at home will prepare all customers and clients just have to put them into a computer and wireless LAN internet continues to be used. Users can click on the icon of network manager and then just follow the directions on the screen
.P1 WIMAX
WiMax offers two concepts that wifi modem and mobile broadband modem. For Ubuntu users, P1 Wimax modem wifi also equals the concept streamyx. Once customers are registered with P1, the customer will be supplied with a modem wifi P1. 1 hour after registration, users can install the modem, the ON state after a while users can connect the modem to the computer either using a wireless LAN or via WiFi. Information SSID and WEP password is written on the wifi modem.
YES 4G.
YES 4G is a product which has just entered the market. There is no SIM is a major weakness of this product because it marks all built-in device that is supplied. Consumers have no choice but to buy a device that is issued by the YES. Does the device have a driver in linux is still a mystery. However, if YES has wifi modem which is like its competitors, namely P1, it is likely to be used in Ubuntu is great.
Network Card, Wifi Card, Wifi USB Modem.. ETC
If your computer has a network card, wifi card and the modem is supported by ubuntu, then you have no reason to worry about the ability of Ubuntu to access the internet. Wifi Card, Wireless USB Modem is usually supported by the Linux kernel in ubuntu.
